Returns and Repairs

We do not exchange items. To receive a different item, please process a return and place a new order.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of placing your order, provided the following conditions are met:
• The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
• The original receipt and certificate of authenticity must be included.
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of order confirmation.
• Bespoke jewellery is non-refundable.

Please note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return. Each item will be inspected by a specialist for signs of wear within 5 business days of return. If approved, the funds will be refunded in the form of a store credit valid for 3 months.

If your product requires repair due to a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to assist you. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Repair requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• The product must be returned to us for evaluation.
• A repair fee may be charged in cases of damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

To submit a repair request, please contact our customer support team, providing your order details and attaching photos of the product.
Shipping
At Monauri Jewellery LLC, we strive to provide convenient and secure shipping for every customer. All orders are packed with care, insured, and delivered by reliable courier services.
The estimated delivery time for finished products is 2–3 business days within the UAE.
We will do our best to deliver your order within the specified timeframe.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or customs clearance.
  • First delivery: free for every customer in the UAE
  • International shipping and customs duties are calculated on a case-by-case basis and are the customer’s responsibility.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and must ensure that the recipient is present at the specified address to receive the order.
We offer international shipping to all countries.

For international orders:
• All customs duties, taxes, and processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the customs procedures of the destination country.
• All shipments are insured and delivered safely.
• A recipient’s signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the order.
• If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier may attempt a redelivery or leave the package at a pickup location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment in real time.
