1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) from Monauri Jewellery LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to enter into a remote purchase and sale agreement for jewelry under the terms and conditions set forth below.

1.2. By placing an Order, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Offer.

1.3. This Offer governs the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing products through the website, social media, instant messaging apps, or other remote sales channels.

2. Terms

Seller — Monauri Jewellery LLC.
Buyer — the individual or legal entity that placed the order.
Product — jewelry, precious stones, lab-grown diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones, provided by the Seller.
Order — a request submitted by the Buyer to purchase the Product.

3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for it.
3.2. All product specifications, including weight, dimensions, stone characteristics, metal, assay value, certificates, and price, are agreed upon when placing the Order.
3.3. Product images are for informational purposes only. Minor variations in metal shades, stone colors, or sizes are permitted.

4. Price and Payment Procedure
4.1. The price of the Product is indicated in the commercial offer, invoice, on the website, or agreed upon individually.
4.2. Payment is made using the methods proposed by the Seller.
4.3. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
4.4. VAT is added to the price where applicable, in accordance with UAE law.

5. Custom Orders
5.1. Custom-made items are created according to the agreed design.
5.2. An advance payment of up to 100% may be required to begin production.
5.3. Order cancellation is not possible once production has begun.
5.4. Custom-made items are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is available within the UAE and to other countries.
6.2. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and the performance of the shipping company.
6.3. The risk of accidental loss of the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the order to the carrier, unless otherwise provided by law.
6.4. International customs duties, taxes, and fees are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1. Returns of standard products are carried out in accordance with UAE law.
7.2. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, packaging, and certificates.
7.3. Custom-made products, products with personal engraving, and special orders are not subject to return or exchange.
7.4. If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller within a reasonable time after receiving the product.

8. Warranty
8.1. The Seller guarantees the authenticity of the materials used.
8.2. If a certificate is available (e.g., IGI, GIA, etc.), it will be transferred to the Buyer along with the product.
8.3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
8.4. The warranty does not cover:
* normal wear and tear;
* mechanical damage;
* consequences of improper use;
* independent repair or modification of the product by third parties.

9. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller undertakes to:
* provide accurate information about the product;
* deliver goods of proper quality;
* maintain the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data.

The Buyer undertakes to:
* provide accurate information for placing an order;
* pay for the order in a timely manner;
* accept the goods.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by the actions of transport companies, customs authorities, or force majeure.
10.2. The maximum amount of the Seller's liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased by the Buyer.

11. Force Majeure
The Parties are relieved from liability for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, military actions, epidemics, government restrictions, transport disruptions, and other events beyond the control of the Parties.

12. Personal Data
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data solely for the purposes of order processing, payment, delivery, warranty service, and fulfillment of obligations under this Offer.

13. Applicable Law
This Offer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court of the United Arab Emirates.
